Just for giggles, take a trip to your local wholesale supply house (name excluded) and take a look at their LED offerings. Very sad. I bought several of their lamps and within 2 hours a quarter of the LEDs had failed in a single bulb. This is the beginning of substandard product which inevitably will generate a bad taste in the mouth of the general public. These lamps are going out to over 600 stores. I won't even bring up the enormous packaging. I guess I just did, though. Enjoy the article and get out there and test before buying.
